About us

The Terra Viva Institute of Brasil seeks to join forces to strengthen organizations that fight for a healthy relationship between Brazilian society and nature, regardless of the origin and culture of our partners. In this sense, we work towards:

Supporting and disseminating ideas and experiences on improvements in the relationship between society and nature.
Empowering leaders who develop socio-environmental activities.
Establishing partnerships with governments, companies or non-governmental organizations, maintaining independence and observing ethical principles of transparency, without involving conflicts of interests.
Maintaining technical-scientific and cultural exchanges with Brazilian or foreign institutions acting in the fields of education, science and environmental culture.
Contributing to building a more just and peaceful society that promotes respect for human rights and for the lives of other species.
Promoting income opportunities through related lines of activity.
